Loyalty Card Activation
The Loyalty card scheme is designed to reward our customers for their Loyalty and for using the services and facilities of Dorking Service Centre Ltd. To activate your DSC Loyalty Card and enter our 'Spot the Difference' prize draw please use the form below.
Loyalty Card conditions of use:
1. Customers must register their card prior to using it.
2. Once registered a customer to whom it is registered must present their card at the time of purchase, but before the invoice has been raised to obtain a discount in line with any current offers.
3. Discount cannot be retrospectively applied.
4. Details of offers and discounts will be alerted by e-mail or text message directly to the registered customer from time to, a copy will be available in reception at Dorking Service Centre Ltd. The company reserves the right to change without notice any offer or discount structure.
5. The registered loyalty card expires eighteen months after it was last used; the onus is upon the holder to maintain validity of their card. The loyalty card is automatically renewed when a business transaction takes place between the customer and Dorking Service Centre Ltd.
6. The card is not transferable
7. In the event of the card being lost or stolen, please notify us and we will cancel the card and provide a replacement free of charge.
